Grapes: Classical grape varieties from Penedès; Macabeo, Xarel·lo, Parellada.

Colour: Straw yellow, with fine and abundant bubbles, clean finish, good intensity and carbonic expression.

Ageing time: 20 months.

Alcoholic strength: 11,5% vol.

Serving temperature: 4º/6º C.
